HR Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to support our rapid business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
• Complete employee onboarding and induction.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support employee engagement and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
