Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing: She involved in the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions, Screening candidates, conducting Interviews and assisting in the selection and on manage onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training.
2. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and providing opportunities for employees to develop their skills and knowledge to enhance job performance and career growth.
3. HR Policies and Compliance: She will ensure that the Organizations HR Policies and procedures are in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. This includes managing workplace safety, privacy, and other legal requirements.
4. Employee Relations: She is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, addressing employee concerns and grievances, and mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
5. Compensation and Benefits: She will manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structure, bonuses, health insurance and other employee perks.
6. Employee Engagement: She focuses on initiatives and programs aimed at increasing employee engagement, satisfaction and retention within the organization.
7. Performance Management: She oversees the performance appraisal process, setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees to improve their performance and productivity.
8. Talent Acquisition: She works on identifying and developing high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet future needs.
9. HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and other relevant documentation.
10. Employee Benefits and well-being: She may be involved in implementing wellness programs, employee assistance programs, and other initiatives aimed at improving employees overall well-being.
11. Keep Attendance: Track attendance, leaves and holidays of the employees to minimize the absenteeism and maintain proper records to increase work efficiency.
12. Payroll Process: She refers to the managing and administering employee compensation, including wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions. It involves ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Enrollment of new employees in PF and ESIC.
13. Organizational Development: She contributes to the organization’s long-term success by working on initiatives related to organizational structure, culture, and change management.
Preferred candidate profile
Should Completed MBA in HR and have more than 8 years of experience in Generalist work.
