Job Description

*Human Resources Intern – Job Role*

*Location*: [On-site/Remote/Hybrid]

*Duration*: 3–6 Months

*Type*: Internship | Stipend: ₹/month

*About the Role*

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support key people functions and gain hands-on experience in core HR operations. This role is ideal for students/graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Talent Acquisition*: Post job openings on portals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates

2. *Onboarding & Documentation*: Assist with new employee joining formalities, document collection, ID cards, and induction sessions

3. *HR Operations*: Update and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data in Excel/HRMS

4. *Employee Engagement*: Help plan and execute employee events, birthday celebrations, feedback surveys, and internal communications

5. *HR Projects*: Support in drafting HR policies, emails, reports, and presentations as assigned [Amount]

*What We’re Looking For*

- *Education*: Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/BA in HR/Psychology or related field

- *Skills*: Good verbal & written communication, MS Excel/Word, attention to detail, confidentiality

- *Attitude*: Proactive, organized, eager to learn, team player
