Job Description

We are looking for a smart and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing SaaS sales team at Crunchy Media Private Limited.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with Meta/Facebook/Instagram generated business leads, understanding client requirements, explaining Chati WhatsApp Business API solutions, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into business customers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with incoming business leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Explain WhatsApp API, chatbot, and automation solutions to clients

• Conduct product demos and presentations

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects

• Convert leads into paid customers

• Maintain lead updates in CRM/system

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

• Coordinate with technical and support teams when required


Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in SaaS, software sales, B2B sales, CRM

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and business automation

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
