Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The workday includes continuous refinement of model parameters and collaboration with various teams to align the architecture with project goals, fostering innovation in natural language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications and systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
