Job Description

SP Constromate is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Industry-Oriented Civil Engineering Training Academy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and practical training for Diploma & B.Tech Civil Engineering students.
  • Develop training modules and course materials.
  • Conduct live site training and technical workshops.
  • Teach estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ, billing, quality control, construction management, and project planning.
  • Train students on AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MS Project, and MS Excel.
  • Mentor students and prepare them for industry careers.
  • Coordinate with project teams for practical exposure and site visits.
