Position- Frontline loan officer/ Front line collection

Position Summary: A Loan/Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers while maintaining positive relationships.

The role involves contacting clients, negotiating repayment plans, tracking dues, and ensuring timely collection in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:  Contact customers via calls, emails, or visits to follow up on overdue payments 

Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances and collection activities

Negotiate payment schedules and settlements 

Resolve billing disputes and customer queries 

Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams

Salary & Benefits: Fresher’s: 15000-17000  Experienced: 20000-21000 per month (Negotiable)  Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month  Benefits: PF & ESI ,Fuel, 

Age: 20 to 34 years 

Qualification: +2 Pass 

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience 

Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory {LL,DL Mandatory}
