Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential borrowers through market outreach, field visits, and responding to bank-provided leads.
Client Consultation: Understanding a customer's financial situation to recommend the most suitable loan product (e.g., assessing eligibility for a home or personal loan).
Documentation & Processing: Collecting necessary documents (KYC, income proofs), verifying information, and guiding the applicant through the approval process.
Relationship Management: Building trust with clients to ensure a smooth borrowing experience, encouraging repeat business, and securing customer referrals.
Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly or quarterly business acquisition quotas.
Compliance: Ensuring all applications adhere to the strict lending guidelines and regulatory frameworks set by the financial institution.
