1. Multi-Unit Operations
* Monitor daily operations of all RC units
* Ensure SOP compliance
* Track sales, food cost, wastage, customer feedback
* Coordinate with unit managers
2. Franchise Coordination
* Franchise onboarding
* Training schedule follow-up
* Opening checklist management
* Franchise issue resolution
* Monthly performance review
3. New Project Management
* New café setup
* Vendor coordination
* BOQ and budget tracking
* Timeline monitoring
* Interior, kitchen, equipment follow-up
4. MIS & Reporting
* Daily sales MIS
* Weekly business review reports
* Project progress reports
* Cost tracking and variance analysis
* Action tracker maintenance
5. Founder Office Support
* Follow-up on pending decisions
* Meeting MOM and action tracking
* Cross-functional coordination
* Escalation management
6. Process Improvement
* Implement systems and SOPs
* Improve operational efficiency
* Drive accountability across units
