Job Description
Positions Consolidated: Site Head, O&M Head
Total Manpower: 2 persons
About the Role:
Lead the overall operations and maintenance strategy for our state-of-the-art foundry facility. This senior management role oversees production, maintenance, quality, and HSE across all operational zones, reporting to top management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire site operations including production, quality, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational strategies and annual plans
- Manage and mentor department heads and shift managers
- Monitor KPIs: production efficiency, quality metrics, safety, cost control
- Coordinate with all functional teams for integrated operations
- Handle vendor management, equipment procurement decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory and quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Interface with senior management and clients
Required Qualifications:
Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Operations
Experience: 8-10 years in foundry/steel/DIP industry operations
Skills: Strategic planning, P&L management, team leadership, technical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent management certification
- Experience from Tata Metalliks, Jindal Saw, Electrosteel Castings, Welspun
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- ISO/TS certifications knowledge
- P&L responsibility experience
Location: As per requirement
Salary: Senior Management (Negotiable based on background)
