Marketing Manager

IANA Education pvt ltd is hiring Marketing Managers to build on-ground visibility and student connect across schools, colleges, and coaching/tutorial centers . This role is central to our student outreach for MBA/PGDM, BBA, Law, and Engineering programs events.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit schools, colleges, and tutorial centers to build relationships with principals, teachers, and coordinators

Organize and support seminars, career talks, and awareness sessions on higher education opportunities

Distribute promotional material (brochures, posters, banners) and register student/parent leads

Identify and onboard associate teachers/counsellors as referral partners

Track daily visits, leads generated, and follow-up status through reporting tools

Represent IEPL at local education fairs and community events

Requirements:

Comfortable with extensive local travel and fieldwork

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in field sales, education counselling, or community outreach preferred

Two-wheeler and valid license.

Target-driven with good follow-up discipline
