Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English educator to teach the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP). The ideal candidate will foster critical thinking, communication skills, and a love for literature among middle school students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB MYP English Language & Literature framework
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
• Design assessments in line with IB criteria and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment
• Integrate technology and interdisciplinary approaches into teaching
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school initiatives
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• Prior experience teaching IB MYP or an international curriculum preferred
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and assessment strategies
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IB MYP training/certification
• Experience teaching middle school (Grades 6–10)
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern teaching methodologies
