SCHOOOL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Location: Bhubaneswar (Primary)

Job Type: Full-Time / Field Work

Job Description:We are hiring a School Relationship Manager for our Communicative English Program implementation team.

This is a pure field job where the candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned partner schools regularly to monitor, observe, and ensure the smooth implementation of our program.

The candidate will act as the main bridge between our company and partner schools and must be comfortable with frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned schools daily for observation and monitoring
• Ensure smooth implementation of the program at partner schools
• Submit detailed implementation/visit reports after every visit
• Coordinate between school authorities and company team
• Identify and resolve implementation issues
• Support business/marketing team in lead conversion when required
• Report to Bhubaneswar office as instructed

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• Excellent English speaking skills (Mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
• Willing to travel daily within Bhubaneswar and across Odisha
• Must be flexible for travel in any situation
• Teaching experience/Classroom management skills preferred
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Preferred:Two-wheeler preferred
• Valid Driving License preferred
