JOB DESCRIPTION

POST NAME- ADMIN EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE

PREFERENCE: ONLY FEMALE

SALARY: - 10K-18K PER MONTH

An Admin Executive in a property management company streamlines operations by managing tenant communication, handling lease documentation, coordinating maintenance requests, and overseeing office supplies. They ensure compliance with property laws, update resident records in software and support property managers with administrative tasks, facilitating a smooth, efficient, and well-maintained office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant/Resident Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests, resolving issues promptly.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Preparing lease agreements, maintaining accurate tenant records, and ensuring adherence to property management laws and company policies.
  • Administrative Coordination: Managing daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment/supplies.
  • Office Management: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, managing courier services, and overseeing front-office operations.
  • Data Management: Updating Management Information Systems (MIS), recording rent payments, and assisting with accounting tasks like reconciling resident accounts.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors for property maintenance and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role, ideally within real estate or property management.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, owners, and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Education: Any Graduate
