About Us
We are a growing education and training organization with multiple branches. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee branch operations and ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and all branches.
Position: Operations Manager
### Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and monitor all institute branches
✅ Ensure daily reporting from branches
✅ Monitor admissions, attendance, fee collection, and student performance
✅ Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams
✅ Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews
✅ Implement systems, processes, and SOPs
✅ Solve operational issues and improve efficiency
✅ Submit weekly and monthly reports to management
### Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of team management or operations experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teams
- Result-oriented and disciplined professional
