Job Title: Project Coordinator – Field Operations (2 Positions) Locations:

• 1 Position – Northern/Central Odisha
• 1 Position – Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic Project Coordinators to lead field operations for large-scale surveys and research projects. This is a 90% field-based role involving extensive travel across villages, wards, and urban areas. The role requires building local networks, recruiting and managing field teams, ensuring survey quality, and coordinating with local stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and manage field investigators at village/ward level.
• Supervise field surveys and ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor survey quality through field visits and random checks.
• Drive productivity and performance of field teams.
• Build relationships with local elected representatives, community leaders, and officials.
• Maintain daily progress reports and MIS using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate regularly with the central project team.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in market research, field surveys, social research, NGOs, or development projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in Odia/Hindi and basic English.
• Mandatory RequirementsOwn laptop.
• Own motorcycle/bike with a valid driving licence.
• Android smartphone.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project locations when required.
• Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
• Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.
• Accommodation provided for outstation/new project assignments where required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in market research, field surveys, social research, election surveys, or large-scale data collection projects.
