Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold outreach, broker partnerships, and digital channels.
- Client Tours & Consultation: Conduct site visits and workspace tours, actively assessing client needs to pitch tailored solutions (e.g., private cabins, hot desks, or enterprise suites).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and manage pricing structures and commercial proposals.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts to successfully close high-value B2B deals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales associates and community executives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and community teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a premium member experience.
