- Location: [Location Name]Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month (Performance-Based)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic SaaS Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions to businesses. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential business customers.Conduct field visits and client meetings.Present and demonstrate SaaS products to prospective clients.Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve monthly sales targets.Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and support.RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate with sales experience preferred.0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS Sales.Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes is an advantage.Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per monthPerformance Incentive: ₹3,000 per monthTravel allowance/reimbursement (if applicable)Career growth opportunities in SaaS salesSkills RequiredLead GenerationField SalesB2B SalesCustomer Relationship ManagementCommunication & NegotiationTarget Achievement
