Employment Type

Full-Time

• Qualification Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary)
• Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience 1 Year of experience in a Retail Store, Supermarket, Hypermarket, Departmental Store, Electronics Store, Fashion Retail, or similar retail environment.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000/- per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

• Job Description Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and merchandising standards.
• Explain product features, offers, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure products are properly arranged and replenished.
• Assist with billing and basic POS operations when required.
• Monitor stock availability and report replenishment needs.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support inventory counting and stock audits.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong selling and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Retail Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in Electronics, Apparel, Home & Kitchen, Lifestyle, Supermarket, or Hypermarket will be an added advantage.
