Sales Specialist: Expert in customer acquisition & retention strategy.

Initial Job Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities:

·      Act with a high performance and result oriented model to meet the Organizational Target

·      Conduct a market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·      Actively seek out new sales opportunities through direct customer interactions, cold calling, networking and social media

·      Set up campaigns, events etc. for market positioning

·      Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

·      Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

·      Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations and demonstrate an ability to go with Zero-stock i.e. daily demand increment

·      Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

·      Negotiate/close sales opportunities and handle complaints or objections

·      Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

·       Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with necessary CRM & BD teams
