Job Description
Role Overview
We need someone who can convert walk-in customers into buyers. This is not about standing in the shop—it’s about understanding customer needs, recommending the right phone, and closing the sale quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and add-ons
- Explain product features clearly (camera, battery, performance, etc.)
- Upsell accessories (covers, earbuds, chargers, screen guards)
- Handle billing and basic store operations
- Maintain product display and stock awareness
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build basic customer relationships for repeat visits
Required Skills
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English; Odia is a big advantage)
- Basic knowledge of smartphones (Android/iPhone basics)
- Confidence in talking to customers face-to-face
- Ability to handle multiple customers during rush hours
- Sales mindset (not just explaining—closing matters)
