Job Description
Job Title: Direct Sales Executive / Direct Sales Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our direct sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, driving insurance sales, and building strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through direct field efforts
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and explain policy benefits
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory experience in direct/field sales (preferably insurance/financial services)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Experience: 1–3 years
