Job Title: Sales Manager – Medical Equipment Sales and Service

Odisha (Field-based – travel across districts required)
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years in medical equipment / institutional sales preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive sales and service support for medical equipment. The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, institutional sales, and building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations for medical devices (diagnostic equipment, ICU/support devices, etc.)
Provide technical explanations and training to doctors, and hospital staff
Handle institutional sales, including government tenders and private hospital procurement
Visit hospitals across different districts for post-installation support and product training
Coordinate with technical/service teams for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital authorities and decision-makers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Biomedical Engineering / Electronics / Electrical
OR B.Sc. with relevant technical experience
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic technical understanding of medical equipment
Experience in institutional / B2B sales
Ability to manage client relationships and negotiations
Willingness to travel extensively
