Position: Sales Officer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri & Berhampur (Odisha)

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Beverage or FMCG sector.
• Experience in retail sales, distributor management, market development, and target achievement preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Net Take Home (NTH): ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month
• PF & ESIC benefits as per company policy
• Travel Allowance (TA): Fixed ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Manage order collection, stock movement, and payment follow-ups.
• Execute promotional and trade marketing activities as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the local market.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Bike is mandatory for field visits.
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
