Salesman

We are looking for a sincere, energetic, and customer-friendly individual to join our retail store dealing in sarees and Indian wear for women. The candidate may be a fresher or experienced but should be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting sarees and ethnic wear, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Actively engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Maintain and update stock records; monitor inventory and identify stock shortages
• Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Be proactive in completing tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome
• Willingness to work in a retail store environment (sarees & women’s ethnic wear)
• Strong willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Energetic, active, and customer-focused approach
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team
• Regular and punctual in attendance
• Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
