Job Description

  • Manage complete salon operations and daily workflow
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff
  • Ensure premium customer service and client satisfaction
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
  • Monitor daily sales, targets, and revenue growth
  • Train team members on SOPs and service standards
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Maintain salon hygiene, grooming, and operational standards
  • Manage appointments and smooth floor coordination
  • Monitor stock, inventory, and product usage
  • Support marketing activities and customer retention strategies
  • Ensure upselling of salon services and retail products
  • Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with management for business growth and team performance
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing of salon operations

Week offs on Weekdays only
