Senior Relationship Manager

- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-size and enterprise B2B clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships and high customer satisfaction- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, founders, finance heads, and other senior business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and technology requirements.- Drive end-to-end account management, including client onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion of SaaS and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.- Understand client business challenges and recommend customized SaaS, BaaS, API banking, embedded finance, and payment solutions aligned with their business goals.Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that improve client efficiency, operational performance, and digital transformation initiatives.- Own the completed post-sales relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution's, service excellence, and continuous client engagement.Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to deliver seamless implementation and ongoing support.
