Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Site Installer to execute rooftop solar installations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar or electrical installations and be committed to delivering quality work while following all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop solar systems, including module mounting, inverter setup, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Ensure installations are completed as per design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor for daily work execution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems.
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain installation records, checklists, and site photographs.
- Support service and maintenance visits when required.
- Guide customers on basic system operation after installation.
Eligibility
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field (preferred).
- Min 2 years of experience in solar installation or electrical field work.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and electrical wiring.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
- Physically fit for site work, including working at heights.
- Must own a Motorcycle or Car for site travel.
Skills Required
- Hands-on technical and electrical installation skills.
- Strong safety awareness and discipline.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Team player with basic communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
