Store Promoter

Roles & Responsibility

The LG Store Promoter role is mainly a sales and product promotion job inside retail stores (like electronics stores, malls, or multi-brand outlets). The promoter represents LG products and helps increase sales.

Position: Promoter – DW & REF Category

Industry Preference: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances

Key Responsibilities:

-        Achieve monthly assigned sell-out targets

-        Maintain and improve store MOT standards

-        Demonstrate product features, benefits, and USPs effectively to customers

-        Drive sales conversion through strong product explanation and engagement

-        Promote premium products, and focus on cross-selling & upselling

-        Work towards increasing ASP (Average Selling Price) of the store

-        Ensure proper display management as per brand guidelines

-        Perform daily reporting through mobile application (attendance, sell-out, display punching)

-        Track and share competitor activities (pricing, promotions, new launches)

-        Coordinate with backend/BO team for:

o   Store share updates

o   Sell-out challenges/issues

o   Product-level insights

Candidate Requirements:

-        Preferred Age – 35 Yrs Max

-        Qualification – 12th Pass Minimum

-        Minimum experience in electronics/appliances retail sales preferred

-        Good communication and interpersonal skills

-        Target-oriented and proactive approach

-        Basic knowledge of dishwashers and refrigerators will be an added advantage
