Team Leader

Thryvoo Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing tech-driven platform helping local businesses grow through customer retention, automation, and innovative business solutions. We are looking for a proactive and leadership-driven Junior Manager to oversee marketing and sales operations while managing field teams and supporting strategic growth planning.

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2–4 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise marketing & sales teams
• Monitor daily field sales activities and team performance
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies
• Support lead generation and client acquisition planning
• Train, motivate, and guide team members
• Ensure sales targets and business goals are achieved
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and business outreach
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Report performance insights to senior management
• Assist in scaling Thryvoo’s market presence
