Job Description
- Operational Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach team members, providing performance feedback, conducting appraisals, and organizing training sessions.
- Performance Management: Set, track, and report on KPIs (e.g., productivity, CSAT) to meet operational targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complex escalations and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and upper management, conducting team meetings and communicating objectives.
