Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, and promoting our products/services.



Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Generate leads and maintain follow-ups
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain daily call records and reports



Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Odia preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
  • Freshers can apply (training will be provided)



Additional Info:

  • Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
  • Immediate joiners preferred
