Job Description
Job Title: Admissions Counsellor / Admission Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Explain courses, programmes, and admission procedures offered by the organisation.
Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding admission documentation and fee process.
Meet monthly admission targets set by the organisation.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM tools.
Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
Sales/admission counselling experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Graduation preferred.
