### *Job Summary*
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Reminder Customer Care Executive. The role involves engaging with customers to remind them about scheduled services, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining service schedules.
### *Key Responsibilities*
1. *Customer Communication*:
- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service schedules.
- Provide details about the service process, duration, and benefits.
2. *Query Handling*:
- Respond to customer queries regarding service-related matters.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
3. *Scheduling and Coordination*:
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
4. *Follow-Up*:
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service completion and gather customer feedback.
- Address any post-service concerns or complaints promptly.
5. *Record Maintenance*:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outreach and feedback.
6. *Customer Relationship Management*:
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Promote additional services and products, if applicable.
### *Key Skills and Competencies*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A polite, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
### *Qualifications*
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, tele calling, or a related role is a plus.
- Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., automotive, healthcare) is an advantage.
