Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive –Tyres Industries (Distributor Level)

Location: Rajasthan (Within 50–70 km radius of distributor)

Job Purpose

To drive sales and expand market reach for Tyres by managing existing network, onboarding new partners, and building strong local influencer connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be a local candidate with good understanding of nearby villages and markets
• Service existing sub-dealers (Sub DBs)
• Maintain regular visits and strong relationships
• Ensure product availability and support
• Onboard new sub-dealers
• Identify potential retailers and convert them into active dealers
• Expand distribution network in assigned area
• Handle complete sales (Primary & Secondary)
• Coordinate with distributor for primary billing
• Drive secondary sales through market visits and retailer push
• KOL / Influencer Identification & Onboarding
• Identify key influencers like mechanics, farmers, fleet owners
• Build and maintain relationships with them
• Influencer Liasoning
• Regularly engage with influencers to drive product recommendation
• Ensure their participation in local activities and promotions
• Market Coverage
• Travel within 50–70 km daily
• Cover assigned territory as per beat plan
• Market Feedback
• Share updates on competition, pricing, and demand trends

Basic Requirements

• Localite (must be from the same or nearby area)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (tyre / auto / FMCG preferred)
• Good communication in Hindi & local language
• Own two-wheeler & valid license
• Willing to travel daily in field
