Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of field collection executives
  • Allocate cases and monitor daily field collection activities
  • Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and delinquent accounts
  • Track team performance and achieve monthly collection targets
  • Conduct regular field visits for high-value or critical cases
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance within the team
  • Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in field collections (NBFC/Banking preferred)
  • Prior team handling experience is mandatory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of local geography
