Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of field collection executives
- Allocate cases and monitor daily field collection activities
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and delinquent accounts
- Track team performance and achieve monthly collection targets
- Conduct regular field visits for high-value or critical cases
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance within the team
- Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience in field collections (NBFC/Banking preferred)
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of local geography
