Store Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Store Helper to assist in the daily operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, arrange, and replenish stock.
• Keep shelves, display areas, and storeroom clean and organized.
• Assist customers in selecting products and answering basic queries.
• Pack customer purchases and prepare orders.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the billing/POS system and issue invoices/receipts.
• Maintain the cash counter and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
• Assist with inventory counting, stock verification, and stock transfers.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Follow store policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to lift and move stock.
• Previous retail or store experience is preferred but not mandatory.
