We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Vastu Vihar's projects, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team. The role requires a blend of digital savviness, strong communication, and an understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Generate, nurture, and track leads through CRM tools and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
• Create compelling marketing content — brochures, emailers, social posts, video scripts, and website copy.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and media partners for campaign execution.
• Organize and promote property exhibitions, site visits, and launch events.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with key metrics (impressions, leads, cost per lead, conversions).
• Manage listing portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, and NoBroker.
• Support in developing brand strategy and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers or 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
