Job Description

  • Prepare soft Chapati, Roti, Phulka and Paratha.
  • Prepare Dosa, Masala Dosa, Uttappa and South Indian breakfast items.
  • Maintain batter quality and food preparation standards.
  • Handle Tawa section independently.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Support kitchen team during busy hours.
  • Ensure food taste, quality and presentation standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Chapati and Dosa preparation.
  • Ability to work fast in hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Good teamwork and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle bulk food preparation.
