Through Hakke PEB / Hakke Industrial Projects, we focus on supporting industrial clients, contractors, developers, and businesses with reliable, cost-effective, and quality construction solutions.
We are expanding our PEB and industrial project business under Hakke PEB / Hakke Industrial Projects and are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to identify genuine project leads from the market.
Job Role: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying upcoming industrial, warehouse, factory, commercial shed, and PEB construction projects by visiting industrial areas, construction sites, layouts, factories, contractors, consultants, and local project sources.
The main responsibility is to identify genuine project enquiries and share complete lead details with the company. Once the lead is verified and qualified, the Sales Manager / Management team will take it forward for technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
This role is mainly for field lead identification and enquiry generation, not for final sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial areas, upcoming construction sites, layouts, factory locations, warehouses, and commercial project locations.
- Identify sites where land cleaning, excavation, foundation work, compound wall work, shed construction, or civil construction activity has started.
- Collect complete project information such as:
- Project location
- Type of project
- Approximate building size
- Current construction stage
- Owner / end customer details
- Contractor name and contact number
- Site engineer / supervisor contact number
- Architect / consultant details, if available
- Requirement for PEB, industrial shed, warehouse, roofing, civil, or turnkey work
- Meet contractors, site supervisors, security staff, local vendors, architects, builders, industrial plot owners, and consultants to identify project opportunities.
- Introduce Hakke PEB / Hakke Industrial Projects and share company catalogue, brochure, and contact details.
- Submit daily field visit reports with photos, Google location, contact details, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for follow-up and proper handover of genuine enquiries.
- Maintain daily lead tracker and update all visited sites.
- Build a strong local field network with civil contractors, fabricators, land developers, architects, consultants, and industrial project contacts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Degree
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Freshers with good field confidence can also apply.
- Experience in field sales, construction, real estate, building materials, civil construction, PEB, roofing, steel, cement, electrical, hardware, or industrial sales will be preferred.
- Should be willing to travel daily in the field.
- Must have good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be able to identify active construction sites and collect correct contact information.
- Basic smartphone usage, WhatsApp, Google Maps, photo sharing, and daily reporting is required.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Incentive Structure:
Incentives will be paid only for verified and genuine project leads as approved by the Sales Manager / Management.
Lead StageIncentive:
- Verified active project site lead with photo, location, and contact details - ₹200 per lead.
Genuine Lead Definition:
A lead will be treated as genuine only if the following details are available:
- Project is active or upcoming
- Site photo is shared
- Google location is shared
- Contractor / owner / site engineer contact number is valid
- Project stage is clearly identified
- Requirement is related to PEB, industrial shed, warehouse, factory building, roofing, civil, or turnkey construction
- Customer or contractor shows interest to receive catalogue, quotation, or further discussion
- Lead is not duplicate and not already existing in company records
- Lead is verified by Sales Manager / Management
- Daily Work Expectation - Daily field visits to industrial and construction areas
- Minimum 8 to 12 site visits per day
- Minimum 3 to 5 new lead entries per day
- Daily WhatsApp / Excel / CRM update to reporting manager
- Photos and Google location sharing for every genuine site visit
