Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Executive to drive our business-to-business outreach. This role is a hybrid of strategic marketing and proactive tele-outreach. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, initiating the first point of contact via telephone, emails, in-bound enquiries and nurturing those relationships to support our sales pipeline. This is a critical role for an individual who is comfortable on the phone, emails, social and passionate about industrial growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Tele-Marketing & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, including printers, converters, paper channel partners and brand owners, to introduce our product portfolio.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads generated through cold calling and digital inquiries, ensuring a smooth hand-off to the senior sales or technical teams.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and follow up consistently to build long-term interest in our sustainable packaging solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from calls to understand market pain points, competitor pricing, and industry requirements.
- Content & Campaign Support: Assist in drafting email sequences and marketing collateral that complement your tele-calling efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM and provide weekly reports on call volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales. Previous experience in tele-marketing, inside sales, or cold calling is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate technical product benefits clearly over the phone.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude; the ability to handle "no" and keep pushing for the "yes."
- B2B Mindset: Understanding of the B2B sales cycle—recognizing that building trust takes time and multiple touchpoints.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
