Store Executive

JOB PURPOSE

To oversee and optimize all warehouse and inventory management operations for our chemical and floor cleaning products manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining compliance with safety regulations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores department, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations for handling, storing, and transporting chemical products

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training on proper material handling and safety procedures

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Procurement departments to streamline operations

• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy

• Manage the safe disposal and handling of chemical waste in compliance with environmental regulations

• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of all materials based on production schedules and forecasts

• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of hazardous materials according to regulatory requirements
