Key Responsibilities

Service Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests/staff in a polite and professional manner
- Take orders accurately (if applicable) and communicate with kitchen team
- Ensure timely service and proper portion control
- Clear used plates, glasses, and maintain table cleanliness

Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain personal hygiene and neat uniform at all times
- Clean tables, chairs, service areas, and counters regularly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Assist in washing utensils (if required in canteen setup)

Operational Support
- Set up service area before meal timings (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
- Refill food counters, water stations, and service items
- Assist kitchen team in basic preparation (cutting, carrying, etc.)
- Handle service during peak hours efficiently

Customer Service
- Greet guests/staff politely: “Good morning/afternoon/evening”
- Respond to queries and requests quickly
- Handle complaints respectfully and inform supervisor if needed
