Job Description

Position: Accounts and Finance Executive

Location: Jemkon Pvt Ltd, Nighoje Chakan 

Department: Finance & Accounting


Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts, handling financial reporting, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:


Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Review financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Accounts Management:


Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed for all financial transactions.

Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Budgeting and Forecasting:


Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Monitor actual expenses against budgeted figures and report variances to management.

Suggest improvements for cost control and budget management.

Taxation & Compliance:


Assist with tax filings, including VAT, GST, and income tax returns.

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Prepare necessary documentation for audits and liaise with auditors.


Reporting & Documentation:


Maintain and update financial records and files.

Provide financial analysis and reports to management as required.

Assist in preparing reports for financial audits.

General Finance Support:


Provide support to the finance team on any ad-hoc financial tasks.

Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


Working Conditions:

Full-time position, [10 to 6:30 Monday to Saturday].

Salary 18000 to 22000 As depends upon Interview. 

No traveling of Fooding avilable have to manage by own.
