Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in audits and tax filings
- Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and performance tracking
- Process payroll, benefits, and employee reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Address employee queries and support HR initiatives
- Organize training, engagement, and development activities
