Job Description

Gold Valuation & Purchase: We purchase old, used, or damaged gold jewelry from customers by offering instant cash or bank transfers based on accurate, live market rates.

Retail Gold Sales: We sell premium, 100% hallmarked gold ornaments and investments with complete transparency and certified purity.

Job Description:

Store Operations: Manage daily openings, closings, cash registers, and stock inventory securely.

Customer Relations: Greet customers, understand their needs, and explain gold buying/selling procedures clearly.

Evaluation Support: Assist in gold purity testing, weighing, and calculating payout values based on live market rates.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the store staff to maintain high service standards.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily transaction logs and report sales/purchase figures directly to the business owner.
