Assistant Manager- STA- BIW- CV CDMM
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet Metal-BIW Parts
• Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.
• Well acquainted with APQP & PPAP activities
• Technical discussion, Feasibility Study and GD&T study with design team and supplier to make process simplified.
• TSO, DAP, APQP , PPAP , FTG approval from Suppliers
• FTG Trails ( buy off- HLTO ) installation and commissioning.
• Sound Knowledge of Catia, forming Suite and other sheet metal related Software
• Developing proto parts
• Vendor up-gradation thru Technical Assistance & Guidance
• Line Lay outing of New Project.
• Installation of new project in Plant with all activity.
• Increase Productivity with the help of tact time study.
• Making Standard Work Instruction of the process & control plan
• Knowledge of Teaching & Programming Robots and Hands-On Experience Robotic Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding Weld Up Down Trials & Weld Parameter Finalization.
• Expertise in VAVE
