Deputy Manager - BIW Maint

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Hands on experience of Maintaining Equipments like IT spot welding gun, CO2 welding , stud welding ( Tucker make ) used in BIW shop.
• operation & trouble shooting of PLC & Automation devices with networking of Allen Bradley hardware with Rockwell software environment like RsLogix5000, RS studio, Drive Tools, Device-net ,Ether-Net  etc. 
• Programming & Maintenance of Robotic cell for welding, hemming & material handling application (Robots like Fanuc, KUKA, ABB ).
• Troubleshooting & improvements of BIW Material handling equipment like EMS, Conveyors, Lifts, Hoists, transfer system, power roller bed etc. 
• Exposure to manufacturing Execution system (MES). 
• Application of equipment performance improvement tool & knowledge of OHSAS & EMS. 
• Knowledge of SAP

Experience

4  + years with B.E 
7+ years for Diploma engineer

 

Industry Preferred

Tata Motors, Volkswagen, GM, JBM

Qualifications

4+ years with BE

7 + years with Diploma
