Job Description
A recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process. They identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and negotiate job offers. This role bridges the gap between hiring managers and top talent to build a strong workforce. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Core Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking sites.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and streamline the interview process.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate job offers, negotiate compensation/benefits packages, and manage pre-employment checks.
